Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Root & Crown Roswell Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Services Provided

Root & Crown Roswell Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, hazardous tree removal, land and lot clearing, cabling and bracing, and storm cleanup services. All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects.

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

We make every effort to arrive at scheduled appointment times. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Liability

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that any pets are secured. You should also mark or identify any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other property features that could be damaged during service.

Root & Crown Roswell Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or property features that were not identified before work began. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions that were not disclosed.

Emergency Services

We provide 24/7 emergency tree services for situations involving fallen trees, hazardous limbs, or storm damage that poses an immediate threat to safety or property. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the urgent nature and potential after-hours work required.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree removal or other services on your property. We can advise you on whether permits are typically required, but the final responsibility lies with the property owner. We comply with all local regulations and industry standards in our work.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our control that occur after service completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Root & Crown Roswell Tree Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
